My husband and I moved to Port Townsend just five days ago [as of Feb. 9]. All went well until last night, when we awoke to the horrendous smell from the paper mill. It was so strong we couldn't sleep and there was no escaping it. Because we are new, we don't know the history of the mill or the smell, but we can't understand how the community can allow this to go on. To us, it's a real quality-of-life issue.
