Does Stephanie Ogle of the Washington DOE know anything about that adding of a wastewater stream to the treatment pond ? What ALL is the Washington Department of Ecology Hiding to PROTECT the Port Townsend Paper Mill in breaking the law?

So has the Port Townsend Paper Mill added a wastewater stream to the treatment pond since 2005? Why is the Department of Ecology NOT answering this question?

Why Does Jefferson County and the City of Port Townsend NOT seem to be concerned with this stuff? Can it really be 400 Jobs? Come On. There is alot of Money in Port Townsend and TONS of jobs that would come here if the TOXIC AIR was GONE.
